Our recent projects have included supporting organisations to develop, establish, manage or improve school standards in Europe, Middle East and Asia.
Our services include:
- HR Consultancy-Review staff and leadership recruitment, staff handbooks, contracts, salary, performance pay systems, staff welfare processes, induction for new staff, transition programs and recruitment policy and processes.
- Performance Management- The review and development of appraisal and evaluation systems to ensure accountability and standards for middle and senior leaders supporting proprietors, boards, and administrators to ensure progression towards the strategic plan and delivering the best possible outcomes for students.
- Inspection and Accreditation Readiness– Reviewing schools with audits to then establish plans and priorities for inspection, accreditation and compliance readiness in all areas.
